There is a little bit of convict in all of us.

Thank you for giving us a chance. I never thought today would come.
I’m just a man, a Phoenix reborn in the fire. I’ve been to Hell and back and lived to tell.

In 1988 I had aspirations of bettering my life. I decided to become a Corrections Officer. I thought this would provide me with the financial security I had never known at that point in my life. Fortunately, I was able to accomplish that goal, and I proudly served in that position from 1988-1990. It was great.
I learned so much and it really helped me see that law enforcement can be very rewarding. But you know how it is, I got ambitious and wanted more. I decided to become a police officer, and thankfully was able to achieve that goal as well, serving from 1990-1997.  I loved it.

My performance was such that I succeeded in becoming an Undercover Cop.
This is when shit got tricky. As I was carrying out my duties, the Feds pinned some shit on me. Before I knew what was happening, I was being charged and convicted. I thought my life was over. “I’m done!” I thought to myself.

I was locked up from 2000-2004. During that time I served a full, solid year in solitary confinement. For the ones that know, that was Hell. I barely survived.
But God wasn’t done with me yet. When I was released, I opened a truck wash facility, which eventually became a truck repair shop. I now own multiple businesses in Albuquerque, including a large automotive repair and body shop. Just when I thought things couldn’t get any better, I was pardoned by the Governor, more than 20 years after I served my sentence! My record is clean! Even harder to believe, there’s a show being made about my life called Rouge Justice. I guess my point is, no matter what, never give up. I know it sounds corny, but believe me, if I can do it, so can you. That what this brand represents. Convict Crew…New Hope, Second Chances, No Judgement
